Multi award-winning chemist — named Emerging Businesswoman of the Year (2024) and STEM Professional of the Year (2025). I am a cosmetic formulation scientist and expert in product creation and innovation, with a solid academic foundation including a Master’s degree in Chemistry and a postgraduate qualification in Cosmetic Chemistry, Toxicology and Product Safety Assessment.

 

As the founder of my own beauty brand, I understand firsthand what it takes to bring a product from concept to market. I’ve experienced every stage of the journey — from formulation and compliance to branding and launch — and now use that knowledge to help others navigate the product development process with confidence and clarity.

20 YEARS HANDS ON FORMULATION EXPERIENCE

I bring two decades of in-depth expertise in skincare, body care, and hair care formulation, developing products from first principles. My approach combines strong project management skills with a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving. I closely follow global beauty trends and integrate the latest ingredients and technologies to deliver standout consumer experiences. My work is always centered on consumer needs, efficacy, and cost-effective solutions. I possess extensive knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and active ingredients, their properties, functionality, and performance in formulations.

I have led end-to-end formulation development and technical project management for customer briefs. I successfully transformed numerous concepts into innovative, high-performing product solutions aligned with client expectations and brand identity. I’ve collaborated with leading global brands including Unilever, Perrigo, KICKS, Henkel, Galderma, Sephora, and others.

With a certification in Innovation Process Management, I have a decade of experience designing and delivering innovation roadmaps. My work has involved generating insights, forecasting trends, developing product concepts, and leading innovation in formulation and product development.
